JOB POST: Games Community Manager/Marketing Coordinator

Lofty Sky is seeking a Games Community Manager/Marketing Coordinator to help with the launch of an upcoming game title and documentary film release.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves video games, animation, and film.

Responsibilities:

Interacting with people on social media, discord, reddit, building and nurturing our various social communities.
Managing and creating social media calendars for multiple company properties.
Actively advocating properties on social media, engaging with fans, customers, media outlets, and influencers.
Scheduling, tracking, and submitting to festivals and awards.
Preparing promotional and marketing materials.
Executing various marketing campaigns and content.
Ability to analyze results of marketing campaigns and provide thoughts on how to improve.
Keen eye to identifying trends and key competitors in the market.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Clear verbal and written communication skills: ability to write in different tones of voice.
Must be very organized, able to keep track of multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent knowledge content marketing and social media platforms (including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Discord, Reddit and Instagram)
Attention to detail.
Is a team player.
Goal-oriented and respect deadlines.
Must be eligible to work in Ontario and based in Ontario for tax credit purposes even though this is a remote position.
Past community management experience and social media experience is desired.

Bonus Skills:

Contract length: 6 months (with possibility to extend)

Expected start date: Immediate
